Dealing with organizational elephants



Elephants are interesting things. They are big! They are obvious! They are loud. Everyone knows when they are around. Organizations, teams and groups crave equilibrium - predictability. Especially in Christian contexts there is also an aversion to strong disagreement or "conflict."
