Is your organization a ministry or a collection of different ministries?
That may sound like a funny question but my observation is that many organizations are not one organization but many different organizations doing different things with different values and independent leaders. As an organizational leader and consultant I encounter many can do people with lots of creative ideas as to what the ministry they are a part of should be doing.
